Samvardhana Motherson International has agreed to acquire 50.1% of Bengaluru-based Rotary Connectors through its Adsys Tech subsidiary, valuing the aerospace and defense connector maker at ₹500.4 crore. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2027, subject to closing conditions.

Motherson would gain authority to appoint a majority of Rotary Connectors' directors, while its current promoters would retain 49.9%. Rotary Connectors operates three Bengaluru factories and makes military-grade circular connectors and electrical interconnection systems. Its unaudited turnover increased from ₹75.2 crore in fiscal 2024 to ₹123.5 crore in fiscal 2026.
