QCi signs first pharmaceutical customer for quantum data analysis Image: Primary
Quantum Computing Inc. and INmune Bio announced a collaboration to analyze clinical and biomedical data for potential new uses of XPro, INmune Bio's investigational treatment. The companies say the Stage 1 engagement makes INmune Bio QCi's first commercial customer in pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets. QCi will use its Dirac-3S quantum optimization machine alongside AI and conventional analytics to identify patient populations, biomarkers and possible treatment indications. INmune Bio contributes research data spanning preclinical work and four clinical trials. The companies plan to compare quantum results with conventional statistical and machine-learning methods to test where quantum optimization adds value.
