Listen Labs is joining Salesforce and will continue building its customer research platform inside Salesforce AI Labs, CEO Alfred Wahlforss said. Wahlforss will remain CEO, Florian will remain CTO, and the existing team will continue developing the product.

Listen's platform recruits participants, interviews them, analyzes their responses and simulates their behavior. Wahlforss named Microsoft, Anthropic and Sweetgreen as customers. He said the company met Salesforce's Marc Benioff while raising its next funding round.
