# SpaceX details Starfall service for commercial microgravity payloads

SpaceX has opened a commercial page detailing its Starfall reentry capsule service for manufacturing, research and testing payloads. Each mission can carry up to 1,000 kg, provide 1 kW of power and maintain a Starlink connection so customers can retrieve experimental data while the payload remains in orbit.

Mission duration is tailored to customers. SpaceX said it signed three commercial Starfall missions during the third quarter, and President Gwynne Shotwell said those missions would fly on Starship. The commercial page lists neither a price nor a first operational flight date.
