A website using the name Hanover Institute for Public Policy published more than 560,000 words in nine days while presenting pro-Israel positions as neutral research, according to a Guardian analysis. Piro Inc registered material relating to the site under US foreign-agent disclosure rules as distributed for the Israeli government. The report says a contract in the wider campaign called for websites and content intended to shape GPT conversation results. The institute has no named staff, bylines, physical address or identified legal entity, the report says.
