Spanish molecular-diagnostics company iPremom has raised €15 million in seed funding to support clinical validation and commercial rollout of its MaiRa platform. The company says the platform analyzes blood-test signals from the first trimester to assess risk of pregnancy complications, including preeclampsia. Amadeus Capital Partners led the round, with Asabys Partners and APEX Ventures participating. iPremom says it is preparing for further regulatory approvals in the EU and United States.
