Anthropic has named Accenture's Faculty business as the first embedded evaluator of its frontier models, giving evaluators access comparable to employees during training, testing and deployment. Anthropic says Faculty will red-team models, conduct alignment assessments and test safeguards. Anthropic and Accenture each expect to invest at least $1 billion over five years in evaluation capacity. Anthropic remains responsible for model safety, while it says the arrangement is intended to make its safety work more verifiable.
