Amazon has named Uber Eats its official restaurant delivery partner for US Prime members, ending its commercial agreement with Grubhub on Thursday. Members can order through Amazon.com and the Amazon Shopping app without creating an Uber account, with delivery fees waived on orders of more than $25, the companies said.

Prime members can no longer place Grubhub orders through Amazon's website or shopping app. Those who activated Grubhub+ can continue using that membership through December 31, 2027. Amazon and Uber already have agreements covering cloud computing, Zoox robotaxis and Uber Eats integration into Alexa+.
