Tesla replaces revolving credit line with three larger facilities

Tesla entered three unsecured credit agreements on September 29: a $20.0 billion three-year delayed draw term loan facility, an $8.0 billion five-year revolving facility and a $2.0 billion 364-day revolving facility, its SEC filing states. The agreements replace a $5.0 billion revolving line terminated that day. Proceeds may fund general corporate purposes. Tesla must maintain at least $5.0 billion in consolidated liquidity. No loans were outstanding under the new facilities on September 29, and Tesla does not currently plan to draw on them in 2026.
