Bloom Energy is expanding its Fremont manufacturing footprint to support production beyond its previously discussed 5-gigawatt milestone, executives said on its third-quarter earnings call. Quarterly capital expenditures reached $153 million, primarily for machinery and production expansion.

Management raised 2026 revenue guidance to $4.4-$4.6 billion, citing stronger execution and improved visibility into fourth-quarter deliveries. CEO K. Sridhar declined to specify when additional capacity would become operational and said expansion would follow customer demand. Year-end delivery timing will determine the final result within the revenue range.
