Legal artificial intelligence startup Harvey announced its acquisition of Aida, an AI sales platform, on Thursday, Law.com reported. Financial terms were not disclosed in the acquisition press release.

Founded in 2024 by former Patreon head of growth engineering Atish Das Sarma and Glean co-founder Piyush Prahladka, Aida offers deal risk detection, performance metric reporting, note-taking and email drafting for company leadership.
