MacPaw is launching Leebry, an AI platform that handles basic IT support tickets, employee access changes and questions across workplace tools, 9to5Mac reported. The product grew from an internal Slack bot that MacPaw says resolved 30% of its own level 1 IT tickets within a few months.

Leebry authenticates users and returns only information they are permitted to see. Responses link to their sources, and employees can flag outdated information. It also provides an MCP server, an interface through which AI agents can use device management controls, with administrators setting guardrails for every action.
