# Velatir raises €5 million for European AI-control platform

Odense-based Velatir has raised €5 million in seed funding six months after its pre-seed round. Spintop Ventures and Ugly Duckling Ventures co-led, while Norrsken Evolve, two angel investors and Danish state fund EIFO also participated. Velatir says its platform tracks AI tools and users, data flows and costs across endpoints, browsers, vendors, agents and employees, while centralizing policy guardrails. The company says the funding will support European expansion and hiring; it has not disclosed revenue, customer numbers or valuation.
