Yandex reports at least 84 services offline after reported drone strikes

Yandex Cloud's service status shows at least 84 services offline following Ukrainian strikes on Yandex data centers, Tom's Hardware reported. NetBlocks measured network traffic at 30% for Yandex Cloud and 63% for Yandex LLC, indicating disruption across the Russian technology company's infrastructure. Cloudflare reported that automated traffic from the Yandex network fell to 0.4% of its maximum HTTP request volume over the past two weeks. The decline followed reported attacks on facilities in Sasovo and Kaluga. That measurement concerns traffic from Yandex's network; it does not establish that Russian disinformation activity has been eliminated.
