Yandex Cloud's service status shows at least 84 services offline following Ukrainian strikes on Yandex data centers, Tom's Hardware reported. NetBlocks measured network traffic at 30% for Yandex Cloud and 63% for Yandex LLC, indicating disruption across the Russian technology company's infrastructure.

Cloudflare reported that automated traffic from the Yandex network fell to 0.4% of its maximum HTTP request volume over the past two weeks. The decline followed reported attacks on facilities in Sasovo and Kaluga. That measurement concerns traffic from Yandex's network; it does not establish that Russian disinformation activity has been eliminated.
