An Arch package maintainer published a bootable Linux setup and patches for the ASUS ProArt P16 H7607BA-SE033W, reporting that both the operating system and CUDA can access the same 116.0 GiB memory pool. Official support for the laptop is Windows-only.

The setup combines NVIDIA kernel work with fixes for the console, keyboard and audio. Build scripts and patches include steps to extract firmware locally. The developer also ran a Qwen model through vLLM, allocating 68.2 GiB for model loading and 21.1 GiB for its context cache.

The installer holds kernel, NVIDIA, power-management and firmware packages back from ordinary updates. Comparisons with Windows used different configurations and do not isolate the operating system's effect.
