Rust-Prover preprint reports proofs for all 1007 VeriContest problems

Researchers report in a preprint that Rust-Prover proved all 1325 theorems across VeriContest's 1007 Rust programming problems. The system translates code and restated specifications into Lean, where agents generate proofs and Lean's kernel checks them. Using Claude Opus 5.5, one run proved 1259 theorems in under 32 hours, with a median of 3.2 minutes and $1.17 per proof. Translated programs matched Rust outputs on 21,413 test cases. The result uses a different verification route from the benchmark's original Verus protocol; restated specifications were checked against test suites and reviewed where tests did not apply.
