Paramotor Digital Technology has filed updated draft papers with Sebi for a proposed Rs 1,000-crore IPO, Rediff Money reports. The offering comprises up to Rs 698 crore in new shares and up to Rs 302 crore in shares sold by its promoters, following an earlier confidential filing.

The fintech firm earmarked Rs 355 crore of fresh proceeds for customer acquisition, retention and promotion, Rs 94 crore for technology development, cloud services and IT assets, and Rs 38 crore for office infrastructure. It operates in prepaid payments, digital gifting, rewards and enterprise technology services. A possible pre-IPO placement of up to Rs 139.60 crore would reduce the fresh issue size.
