Greenlight Financial says its Luna system resolves more than 90 percent of its security and risk cases without human intervention, handling 3,000-4,000 cases monthly. In an AWS case study, the company estimates that automation avoids 900-1,800 hours of routine analyst work each month.

Luna uses more than 30 specialized agents to cross-check alerts against payment, identity, support and infrastructure systems. Adding a second investigation tier and learning from previous resolutions raised autonomous resolution from 83 percent to more than 90 percent. Routine triage takes seconds rather than the previous 15-30 minutes.

Resolution does not mean unrestricted remediation: a human analyst or an approved automated policy must authorize and execute corrective action.
