Eagle Nuclear says liquidity concerns eased but further project work needs funding

Eagle Nuclear Energy says substantial doubt about its ability to continue operating has been alleviated, citing resources from its completed reverse acquisition and a private investment financing. In its quarterly filing, the company says it has sufficient financial resources for the next 12 months from both August 31, 2026, and the filing date. The company seeks to combine domestic uranium development with small modular reactors intended to supply industrial users and electricity grids. Its cash supports corporate costs, permitting, exploration and development activities, but advancing projects beyond those objectives requires additional funding that may not be available on acceptable terms.
