Nvidia said it will invest $3 billion in Meta's equity offering as the companies expand their partnership on Muse models and agents. They plan to optimize training and inference workflows to improve performance and total cost of ownership.

Meta intends to expand deployment of Nvidia Vera Rubin systems and Vera CPUs. It will also deploy Spectrum-X Ethernet networking and BlueField-4 to support network efficiency and throughput. The companies are considering further collaboration on Nvidia's OpenShell architecture for agent deployment and Sentry for monitoring agent behavior; those additional collaborations are still under consideration.
