# FactSet acquires BCC Group's market data platform

FactSet has acquired BCC Group International, gaining direct control of a platform that distributes live financial market data to institutional clients. The companies had worked together since 2021; BCC Group's ONE Platform will now join FactSet's Real-Time Solution Suite.

The platform lets firms ingest data, manage access permissions and distribute feeds across cloud and on-site systems. FactSet says clients can select individual components while centralizing licensing controls and compliance reporting. Financial terms were not disclosed, and FactSet said the deal is not expected to materially affect its financial results.
