RQD Clearing has raised $74 million in a venture round led by Bain Capital Tech Opportunities, with participation from ABN AMRO Clearing Bank and Nyca Partners. The company provides cloud-native clearing and custody services to broker-dealers, RIAs and foreign financial institutions, with real-time access to U.S. equity, options and ETF markets. Founded in 2021, RQD says the round brings its total funding to about $84 million.
