Salesforce adds Slackforce Surfaces to render live Salesforce data inside Slack

Salesforce introduced Slackforce Surfaces, a feature that lets users turn Salesforce and other connected data into interactive dashboards, reports, and HTML decks inside Slack by asking Slackbot in plain language. The company said the surfaces stay connected to underlying data and refresh automatically as it changes, rather than producing a static snapshot. Salesforce framed the launch as the next step in its Slackforce vision, following Slack CRM and Slackbot's ability to read from, write to, and act across Salesforce through MCP. The announcement is a company claim; Salesforce did not state general availability dates, pricing, or independent verification of the described behavior.
