Rum Group signed a six-year capacity lease with an unnamed U.S.-based cloud customer for GPU services at its Maysville, Georgia, data center, according to an SEC filing reported by Data Center Dynamics. The agreement has a potential value of up to $13.7 billion across three purchase tranches. The third tranche depends on the customer approving the delivery schedule. The customer also received warrants tied to purchase volume for up to 50.81 million Class A shares at $0.01 each.
