Salesforce agrees to acquire Listen Labs for a reported $2B

Salesforce has agreed to buy AI customer research startup Listen Labs for a reported $2B, Axios reported. Listen Labs raised a $69M Series B at a $500M valuation in January. The company operates in customer research, where businesses are seeking AI alternatives to manual methods of finding out what customers think.
