Vercel updated its Hobby and Pro terms effective October 19, 2026, setting out credit expiration rules and cancellation rights for eligible UK and EU consumers. Plan-included credits expire at the subscription term's end; purchased credits expire one year after purchase unless stated otherwise.

Eligible UK and EU consumers may cancel an affected subscription free of charge when a service change has more than a minor negative impact on access or use. They have 30 days from notice or the change, whichever is later, and may receive a prorated refund. Credits are generally nonrefundable, although Vercel refunds unused purchased credits if it terminates an account without cause.
