Oura reportedly targets September IPO valued above $16 billion
Image: Primary Oura is reportedly planning a U.S. initial public offering as soon as September that could raise up to $3 billion and value the smart-ring maker above $16 billion, according to Bloomberg as cited by TechCrunch. Oura declined to comment. The company filed confidentially for an IPO in May and has said it generated about $1 billion in revenue in 2025, with an expectation of nearly $2 billion in 2026.
