MTN Digital Infrastructure has entered a strategic partnership with an unnamed UAE-backed data-center investment platform to form Africa Data Hub Holding Limited, according to MTN's half-year results. MTN said it will be a minority investor and that the venture will develop and scale digital-infrastructure opportunities across key African markets. South Africa and Nigeria are identified for the initial deployment phase; local reporting cited a first-phase target of up to 150MW.
