micro1 plans $1bn in purchases of business data for AI training

micro1 plans $1bn in purchases of business data for AI training Image: Primary
AI training company micro1 announced that it will spend $1bn over the next 12 months buying and licensing companies' operational data, with capital provided by Citi and Hercules Capital. It uses de-identified records to build training environments where AI agents practice business workflows and decisions. The program seeks operating procedures, internal documents, CRM data, project histories and human feedback on AI outputs. Companies retain ownership of their underlying data and can review samples before use. micro1 targets businesses with more than 30 employees and established documentation, prioritizes US companies and requires English-language material.
