Omilia, a self-learning agentic customer-experience company, announced a $67 million Series B funding round led by Expedition Growth Capital, according to a Business Wire release carried by finanznachrichten.de and a VentureBurn report.

The company said annual recurring revenue has grown more than 10x since its Series A to over $60 million. Customers named in the release include Capital One, Discover, RBC, Taco Bell, DWP, and PSEG. Omilia said its voice-first platform runs on proprietary agentic voice AI and meets enterprise standards including FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Production scale cited in the release includes a Tier 1 U.S. bank handling well over 1 million calls per day and a multinational U.S. insurer agent-assist program handling over 600,000 calls per day, with capacity for 50,000+ concurrent voice interactions for a single client at sub-second latency.
