# KNAV acquires Fastrics, adding 28 technology consulting employees

KNAV Advisory acquired Tampa-based technology consulting firm Fastrics, adding 28 employees and expanding its technology consulting and managed services capabilities, Accounting Today reported.

Fastrics helps organizations assess technology and cyber risk, modernize operations and automate compliance. It has offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Indianapolis, Phoenix, Tampa and Nashville. The acquisition combines those services with KNAV's advisory risk, accounting, tax and compliance capabilities.
