OpenAI adds virtual clothing try-on and product favorites to ChatGPT

OpenAI adds virtual clothing try-on and product favorites to ChatGPT Image: Primary
OpenAI announced the global launch of virtual try-on and product favorites in ChatGPT on Thursday. Users can upload a selfie or full-body photo to visualize clothing and accessories through a Try On button in shopping results, or supply an item image and ask ChatGPT to apply it. Favorites saves products to an app Library alongside try-on images. OpenAI says the features use ChatGPT Images 2.5, which it claims improves lighting, textures, editing reliability and generation latency. The rollout follows an earlier instant checkout feature that did not perform well and prompted a pivot.
