NASA's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland is seeking Phase 1 proposals to design and build the Aerospace Power Systems Laboratory. The procurement covers a facility for testing and developing power systems, along with associated site work, infrastructure and systems.

NASA will conduct a full and open competition, with proposals due Oct. 30, 2026, at 1 p.m. EST. The laboratory is intended to support power research for current and future missions, including Artemis, the Moon Base and Mars exploration. Work will take place at Glenn and at the contractor's facilities. NASA anticipates awarding the contract on Dec. 16, 2026.
