IIRIS Acquires Dion to Expand AI-Led Risk Tech in Financial Services Image: Primary
IIRIS Consulting has acquired publicly listed fintech company Dion Global Solutions, combining IIRIS' AI-enabled risk management capabilities with Dion's financial technology platforms. The acquisition follows the approval of IIRIS' resolution plan by the National Company Law Tribunal on July 21, 2026, IIRIS said. Under the approved plan valued at 802.93 lakh rupees, IIRIS has subscribed to 5,000,000 equity shares of 10 rupees each, providing fresh capital to Dion Global Solutions. The deal gives IIRIS immediate access to Dion's installed customer base of more than 250 banks, brokers, and wealth managers, including HDFC Bank, Canara Bank, and Sharekhan. The combined organization will bring together Dion's trading, distribution, and market data platforms with IIRIS' portfolio of AI-enabled risk and compliance products. The company intends to offer financial institutions capabilities ranging from transaction infrastructure to fraud intelligence and compliance management through a broader platform. IIRIS operates across India, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, and plans to introduce Dion's platforms into these markets while continuing to invest in product development, technology, and talent.
