The PineNote revealed Image: Primary
Pine64 has stopped producing its Linux devices, citing shortages of DRAM and eMMC components. The pause covers its Arm and RISC-V single-board computers, PinePhone devices, PineTab2 tablet and PineNote e-reader. The company said software support for existing hardware will continue, as will microcontroller-based products and development of PineTime Pro. Pine64 said any production restart depends on component pricing after mid-2027.
