# Cloudflare adds domain-level checks for post-quantum encryption

Cloudflare has added tools that show customers which encryption key exchange their domains use for individual connections. Its traffic dashboard and logs can now identify whether visitor connections use a post-quantum key exchange; logs also expose the key exchange between Cloudflare and an origin server.

The new data lets customers find traffic that still relies on older methods and check migration progress by domain. Cloudflare says about 70% of browser-generated traffic reaching its network uses hybrid post-quantum encryption, compared with about 15% of origins it connects to. The feature measures key exchange, not the post-quantum authentication used for certificates.
