OuterSignal has raised a $22M Series A, cofounder Noah Sanborn Friedman announced. The company builds a platform to help businesses understand and market to consumers, serving sectors including ecommerce, hospitality and mobile apps. Friedman said the business grew from a few early customers to thousands and expanded its team from 2 people to 25 after spinning out a tool built by cofounder Zach Zelner a year ago. He said the financing will support faster product development; the company has also trained internal models.
