ASML expects demand for its lithography equipment to exceed planned production in 2027 and 2028 and is investigating further capacity expansion, Tom's Hardware reported. The company reported third-quarter revenue of $13.06 billion, up 55% year over year.

ASML previously planned to increase capacity for Low-NA EUV and immersion DUV systems by 30% in 2027 and investigate another 30% increase in 2028. These machines print patterns used to manufacture chips. Customers are already ordering equipment for 2028 and expressing interest in deliveries in 2029 and 2030.

ASML has completed pricing negotiations with key customers, with effects expected partly in 2027 and fully in 2028 and beyond. It has not disclosed revised production targets.
