Arm disclosed further architecture details for its AGI data-center CPU at Hot Chips, including dual chiplets, configurations of up to 136 Neoverse V3 cores, 12 DDR5 memory channels and a 2 TB/s coherent die-to-die link. The company said the processor is on track for commercial shipments in late 2026. Arm has not published conventional server benchmarks or direct comparisons with current AMD or Intel systems; its stated two-times-per-rack result is based on estimates.
