# Emirates SkyCargo adds priority freight service for AI hardware

Emirates SkyCargo has introduced AI Tech, a freight service for chips, server racks and other AI infrastructure, the airline said. The service combines priority loading and scheduling with specialised handling and shipment monitoring from its Dubai command centre.

Customers receive airport-to-airport tracking and milestone updates, while oversized and heavy shipments receive specialist cargo support. The service is available across the airline's network for most AI cargo. Shipments of highly specialised manufacturing equipment require checks of each station's capabilities before transport.
