Times filing cites ChatGPT head and Microsoft executive on AI training harm

A New York Times court filing quoted ChatGPT's head as writing that publishers face an "existential threat," and a Microsoft executive as calling AI training "an astonishing theft," the Financial Times reported. Lawyers said AI co-founder Greg Brockman was "motivated by the gazillions" he hoped to gain from models trained on copyrighted content.
