Apple filed a response opposing OpenAI's motion to dismiss Apple's trade-secret lawsuit against OpenAI, io Products and two former Apple employees. Apple says its complaint identifies specific confidential information and alleged methods of misappropriation, including post-employment access to a company file repository and requests for internal hardware components. OpenAI has disputed the allegations and argues Apple did not adequately allege protectable secrets, misappropriation or harm. Apple asked the court to deny the motion.
