DexRobot says its DexGEM research system transfers human hand demonstrations into autonomous robot manipulation without teleoperation or real-robot training data. The company is presenting the work at IROS 2026 in a paper on adapting human demonstrations to robot hands and refining learned control policies.

Motion capture and first-person video demonstrations are reconstructed in simulation, adapted to robotic hands and transferred to physical robots.
