# TXO acquires Wesbell Communications to expand infrastructure services

TXO announced Friday that it had acquired Wesbell Communications for an undisclosed sum, adding network and engineering services, managed services, asset recovery and third-party maintenance capabilities. Wesbell serves Tier 1 telecoms operators, hyperscalers and data center customers.

TXO said the deal combines Wesbell's customer relationships and additional processing capacity with its global reach, expanding the range and scale of services available to customers. The acquisition also adds expertise in maintaining equipment and recovering its value as customers modernize their infrastructure.
