# AWS adds GPT-6 Sol and Luna to Amazon Bedrock

AWS has made OpenAI's GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna generally available through Amazon Bedrock, giving customers another way to run the models through a console or API. Sol is intended for complex coding and multistep work, while Luna targets frequent tasks such as extraction and summarization. Both support prompt caching, which lets repeated requests reuse marked instructions and reference material.

Bedrock customers can govern model access with AWS identity policies and audit calls through CloudTrail. AWS says inference data is not used to train the models, though traffic flagged by automated abuse checks can be retained for up to 30 days unless a customer obtains zero data retention.
