Tattvance files for $300,000 offering to fund AI tattoo platform

Tattvance Corporation filed an S-1 registration statement proposing to sell 5,000,000 shares at $0.06 each, seeking $300,000 in gross proceeds if all shares sell. The development-stage company intends to use the proceeds primarily to develop its AI tattoo technology and digital platform. Its principal product, an AI Tattoo Generator, remains under development and is unavailable for commercial use. Tattvance has not commenced commercial operations or generated revenue from its planned products. Chief executive Lukasz Dziedzic will seek buyers without underwriters or broker-dealers. The offering requires no minimum sales, and securities cannot be sold until the registration statement becomes effective.
