JDM acquires construction software provider Dreeven Image: Primary
JDM Technology Group has acquired Quebec-based Dreeven Technologies, adding a construction project management platform used by more than 71,000 professionals to its software portfolio. The transaction brings JDM's portfolio to more than 35 software companies. Dreeven's tools let construction teams track jobsite progress, prepare daily reports, dispatch labor and equipment, manage timesheets and coordinate project participants. It joins JDM's existing Quebec businesses Maestro and Mobile-Punch. Dreeven will continue as a separate business and retain its name, brand, existing management team and governance structure.
