# ABB designs data-center racks for one-megawatt power demand

ABB has introduced a portfolio of data-center racks designed for the rising power and computing requirements of AI infrastructure. ABB Motion President Brandon Spencer said deployments are moving toward roughly one megawatt of power at each rack, with rack-level needs increasing five to six times from current levels.
