Oneness advances metabolic therapy to repeat-dose trial

The next stage moves the experimental treatment from initial exposure testing toward an assessment of its safety under repeated dosing.
SNS851 is designed to silence a gene involved in liver energy use, though the company has not identified the gene. In the first stage, exposure rose near-proportionally with dose among 32 volunteers. One serious adverse event, a foot fracture, was considered unrelated to treatment. The company expects data from the repeat-dose stage in the first quarter of 2027.
